Warm-Up & Technique Training

  • Dynamic warm-up to get your blood flowing.

  • Learn stance, guard, and basic punches (jab, cross, hook, uppercut).

Skill & Movement Drills

  • Partner drills to improve reflexs and hand-eye co-ordination.

Punching & Footwork Rounds

  • Heavy bag work, mitt work, and shadowboxing rounds.
